Casey is a firm believer that life is best approached as a team sport, and she would be honored to be on your team. Just as our deepest pain comes from our relationships, healing also comes through
relationship. Therapy should be a collaborative space in which clients feel both seen and safe.
You are invited to come just as you are.
Casey’s work with clients is trauma-informed and culturally sensitive. That simply means that we
are each shaped by our pain and that we require personalized care based on our unique stories.
Casey’s specialties include: Trauma, Life-transitions, Spiritual Trauma/Abuse/Church Hurt, Grief and Loss, Depression, and Anxiety
My aim is to create space together with clients where they can begin to unravel what feels
tangled, explore and name what is causing pain, and consider curiously new ways to move
forward.
My greatest hope for clients is that they would experience freedom and rest, and
increasingly become their most authentic selves. So much about the process of considering counseling is courageous – asking for help, inviting someone in, being honest about parts of our stories that feel messy or unfinished. I admire your courage and would count it a privilege to come alongside you wherever you are on your journey.
