We can help equip and empower you to better handle triggers, emotions, and reactions as they arise.
This 8-week group is designed specifically for women who are experiencing the physical, emotional, spiritual, and social effects of trauma in their daily life and feel like the same things they have been doing to cope just aren’t cutting it anymore.
Do you keep asking yourself, “Am I the only one…?”
Do you find yourself ruminating on negative thoughts?
Reliving that horrible memory?
Having nightmares and sleeping terribly?
Finding it hard to connect to people who are important to you?
If you’re living life feeling like you’re walking on eggshells, constantly feeling on edge, or unsure of how to get unstuck from the pit you have fallen in, and you feel ready to become an active operator of your nervous system - join us for an eight-week group utilizing polyvagal theory to help you connect to your body and learn how to shift autonomic nervous system states, build regulating resources, and identify triggers and moments of regulation.

We will give you research, tools, and connection as a step in your healing journey towards safety and stabilization.
There isn’t a “one size fits all” solution for dealing with the devastating effects of trauma, but we believe that understanding how trauma impacts the mind, body, and spirit can equip and empower individuals to better handle triggers, emotions, and reactions as they arise.
Often, beginning the healing journey from trauma starts with regaining a sense of safety so you have the ability to move through the deeper work of self-discovery, healing and growth. Learning how to inhabit the body that you live in and find safety as you move about your day and the different spaces you engage in is some of life’s greatest work, and this group invites you to begin it.
Though we may not be able to wave a magic wand, we can offer research, tools, and connection as a step in your healing journey towards safety and stabilization.
With settledness comes possibility - the possibility to see the world through a new lens, the possibility of building healthy relationships, the possibility of hope for a different way. We would love for you to join us.
